ERIK BRICENO TO SERVE AS NEW CEO AT V2 SYSTEMS

MANASSAS PARK, VA –V2 Systems, a leader in technology solutions for small and mid-sized organizations, announced yesterday that President and Chief Operating Officer, Erik Briceno shall serve as the company’s new Chief Executive Officer. V2 founder, Guy Hinkler had held the post for the past thirteen years.
“Erik has the ambition and talent to get V2 to the next level and beyond by executing the V2 Vision of Success and preserving our Core Values of honesty and integrity” said former CEO Guy Hinkler. “I shall remain Chairman of the Board of Directors and retain critical roles with V2, mainly focusing on developing new business and managing key accounts. I look forward to following our new CEO to greater success.”
Mr. Briceno has recently obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from George Mason University’s School of Management. Outside of running daily operations at V2 for the past six years, he established V2’s Employee-Ownership program in 2007 and orchestrated two acquisitions over six months that doubled the size of the company.
