V2 SYSTEMS ACQUIRES RONIN TECH SOLUTIONS IT SERVICES UNIT

MANASSAS PARK, VA - V2 Systems IT Professionals announced today the acquisition of Virginia based Ronin Tech Solutions, a provider of outsourced technology and security services in the Washington D.C. metro area.
The deal is a strategic decision by V2 to grow the company’s customer base, technical expertise, and service offerings. This is V2’s second acquisition since July of 2007.
“The move will make V2 bigger and better” said V2 Systems’ CEO, Guy Hinkler. “Our enhanced portfolio of technology solutions will allow us to break into new markets in the areas of software development, healthcare, biomedical, and government contracting as well as better serving our existing clients. Additionally, our new clients will benefit from streamlined operations and improvements to service requests.”
The existing managed services business unit shall retain the Ronin Tech Solutions name and serve as a strategic partner of V2 Systems.
