V2 SYSTEMS AWARDED PARTNER SELECT STATUS BY CISCO

MANASSAS PARK VA - V2 Systems, Inc. announced today that they have achieved SMB Select Certified Partner status with Cisco Systems. The accomplishment comes as a result of V2 meeting all requirements for SMB Select certification in sales, installation, and support for Cisco products and solutions.
“We are a growing IT service company and we are gaining larger clients with more complex needs.” “Upgrading our certification from Registered to SMB Select has sharpened our expertise greatly and given us the skills necessary for our growth”, said Chris Waskowich, Chief Technology Officer for V2 Systems. “This will also allow us to leverage higher level technical support and enable us to pass along deeper discounts to our clients.”
The certification complements V2’s addition of Cisco’s new UC500 technology to their product offerings. The solution eliminates multiple servers and combines voice, data, voicemail, Automated Attendant, video, security, and wireless capabilities. It also integrates with existing desktop applications such as calendar, e-mail, and customer relationship management (CRM) programs.
In another effort to stay current with new networking technologies, V2 has also focused recent training efforts on the ASA series routers due to the Cisco’s discontinuation of the PIX series product line.
