V2 SYSTEMS JOINS LOCKHEED, BAE IN HELPIING LOCAL STUDENTS

Manassas, VA - V2 Systems, a leader in technology solutions for small and mid-sized companies, joined Lockheed Martin and BAE Systems 2 for Prince William County Public School’s first Groundhog Day Job Shadow event.
Nearly 200 students from 18 middle schools throughout the county toured the Lockheed and BAE facilities and heard speakers from various companies, including a presentation by V2 Systems’ CEO, Guy Hinkler.
The event was a success for students and teachers alike. Jodi Conway, a science teacher at Benton Middle School, said, “The presentations…really emphasized the importance of science and math and how it can lead to exciting careers in technology.”
