V2 SYSTEMS CEO WILL SERVE AS GREATER CHAMBER'S GOVERNMENT RELATIONS CHAIR

MANASSAS, VA - V2 Systems, a leader in technology solutions for small and mid-sized companies, announced today that CEO Guy Hinkler was elected as The 2006-2007 Vice Chairman of Government Relations for the prince William County/Greater Manassas Chamber of Commerce.
“I feel this is one of my most important assignments to date at the Chamber”, said Hinkler. “I shall dedicate myself to disseminating information to the membership about issues and candidates so they make support decisions complementary to a pro-business climate in the community. I’ll also make a strong effort to foster communications between members and elected and appointed officials.”
Hinkler has served on the Chamber Executive Board for five years previous to this appointment and will oversee and report to the Board on the progress of the Legislative Committee, chaired by Steve Nelson of Junction Travel, and the Economic Development Committee, co-chaired by Tim Lukeing of Mercantile Potomac Bank and Bill Daffan of R. Edward Daffan Construction.
